We actually have a very similar setup to yours -except now we have TWO babies in one room!!! Eeeeek!! If you'd told me i would years ago i wouldn't have believed it either. Our daughter is 4 and our baby now 6 months old. We have their cots at right angles and it creates a cute "child corner" -but does hamper night action, if you know what I mean. We often wish we lived in a mansion (esp at sleep times when i crave more places to put my 4yr old in -she wakes the baby aaaaaaalll the tiiiiiiiime....) but in Sydney it's VERY expensive unless you go live in the sticks, which then means you have no friends near you. :/

I LOVE your bedroom, and Eisley's nursery!! It is so great. And I really love how you worked her crib into your room. It looks really great in there, and it doesn't feel crowed or anything. Plus, if she needs you in the night, you're only a few feet away! Love all the decorations in there, and the color choices.

Yay for co-rooming with the baby! ;) And, yes, the duvet cover is from Ikea. I love that their covers are so ridiculously cheap. I've had a few throughout the years, and it makes changing it up do-able when you're only spending about $20 each time.

Thank you so much, San! :) And, thankfully, Jay is a very hard sleeper. Sometimes he doesn't even wake up when Eisley is hollering in the night before I can settle her down enough to feed her. He'll be like, "Wow, she didn't wake up last night?" And I'm like, "WHAT THE HECK, SHE WOKE UP FOR TIMES LKFJLSDKJFSDL!"

Thank you so much for the sweet compliments! :) As far as the alarm, Jay uses his cellphone alarm and keeps his phone on the side of the bed, so it keeps the noise down a bit. It doesn't wake up Eisley (thankfully!) and she has learned to sleep through him rummaging around while getting ready for work in the morning.

I love your bedroom. It looks so darn cute!

So sweet! I love the memory board you've set up. We used the same bedding for our little Charlotte's room http://timnerin.blogspot.com/2011/01/charlottes-room.html, although the sheets have been switched with less pretty flannel ones for the winter. I'll be happy when spring comes to Washington :)

And, dude, you are SO lucky to not have to leave your room in the middle of the night. It's the worst!
