my weekly to-do list...

Welp, can't win 'em all. There were a bunch of specific things I'd hoped to accomplish this past week, but most of Eisley's nap times were willed with my working feverishly to complete the projects I'm hoping to have published later on this year. So! No regrets there. I'm so happy with how they all came out, so it was worth all the time and effort.

Here is the progress I made on last week's list, as well as my new list for the upcoming week!

Last week's goals:

Marriage, Motherhood & Home Life
 — Plan a date night for this month
 — Organize favorite photos from January/February into one folder on computer
 — Deep clean and/or organize something (Wiped down the glass above our stove and the top of our fridge, which I tend to forget about until they're an absolute nightmare)
 — Take Eisley to a new park (Technically it was an outside play area at a mall, but she loved it…so it totally counts.)

Self
 — Finish reading one e-book
 — Run 2 times; do yoga/pilates DVD 2 times (Was going to run, but Jay kept getting home from work too late, and I didn't want to be murdered in the darkness.)
 — Buy flowers for front steps

Creativity
 — Complete lettering projects for book and turn in for review (Heck, yes!)
 — Design free printable for blog

Miscellany
 — Send one unexpected piece of snail mail

This week's goals:

Marriage, Motherhood & Home Life
 — Plan a date night for this month
 — Try one new recipe
 — Clean and organize my crafting nook
 — Take Eisley on an adventure of some sort

Self
 — Complete daily Jesus Calling devotions/journaling/prayer
 — Exercise 4 times
 — Schedule doctor and dentist appointments that I've been putting off forever and ever, amen

Creativity
 — Design free printable for blog
 — Restock shelf at local shop with new items

Miscellany
 — Send one unexpected piece of snail mail

Here's to a wonderful week, friends! And if I can manage to get through it without being a crabby patty, it will be a miracle. (I've been slightly grumpy lately. It's an issue.)

  1. You are seriously too adorable! I love your to-do list. Mine are so boring, but you've inspired me to spruce mine up a bit. By the way, I would never know by your writing that you're feeling grumpy. I always feel so uplifted and cheery after reading your posts (which, let's be honest, I need because I, too, often have the grumpiness issue).
