on my birthday girl...
My sweet Eisley-girl turns one today. As every parent in the history of parents has probably said, How did it go by so fast? It seems as though it has gone by in the blink of an eye, yet I can hardly remember what life was like without her. She's fit into our lives so perfectly, and I feel so lucky to have her. Every single day. Even the tough days, even after sleepless nights, even after silly little tantrums. This this tiny ball of sunshine, truly. And seeing her grow into the little girl she now is…well, it's been the greatest adventure.
I'll be sure to post about her birthday celebration later this week. It was all kinds of fantastic. But for now? I just want to wish a happy birthday to my sweet chickadee!
(She loves her new Ikea chair. And the fact that she got to eat a tiny bowl of cheese all by herself. While watching Blue's Clues on TV. Clearly, her life is bliss.)

and i remember all the excitement before your lil' e was born.
and now, here she is, a ONE year old.

they would get in a lot of mischief together.
and also, they have the same dress! that lacey, cream dress was given to eden at my baby shower & she finally fits in it. we took fam pics in it a few days ago :)
so, obviously, they have the same taste in clothes.
besties for LIFE.
