on cookies you will most likely want to eat way too many of...

COOKIES.
One of my goals has been to bake more. And cook more. And generally be in the kitchen for longer than it takes to make a sandwich or throw a frozen skillet meal into a pan. This is actually something I've been able to fit into my awfully busy schedule (much to my happiness), and I've discovered some delicious recipes that I simply can't help but share! It all started with the mubbins. And then I obviously took my addiction to pumpkin and chocolate to the next level with these cookies. After a random Google search, I came across this recipe and whipped up a batch (all the while trying not to eat 50% of the dough).

You need to make these as soon as humanly possible. They are incredibly easy, impossible to mess up (if it were possible, I probably would have done so) and taste absolutely amazing when you eat them straight from the fridge. They are soft, amazing cookies that you will want to consume before and after attemping the 30 Day Shred because you totally deserve it.

I speak from personal experience, obviously.

And if you get really fancy, you can have a photoshoot with them using a vintage copy of Alice in Wonderland:
I often put food on books and take photos.
I know. I have issues. I have embraced them. And they are delicious.

  6. Ha, I'm also in a serious cooking/baking mood lately. I actually just tried out a cookie recipe from that site yesterday. I'm curious about how these would taste though. Maybe I'll try 'em out this weekend :)

And I love the last photo.
I was thinking to myself, "If I were fancy, I would eat it on a doily too!!!"

  10. It's nice to see you blogging more often! We missed you for a while there. And I think that might possibly be the daintiest way to display a cookie, hehe :)
