on the lighter side of things...
I want to thank everyone for the encouraging words and phenomenal feedback regarding my whole blog issue yesterday! I was definitely a little heated when I discovered it last night, and have had a bit of time to gain a better perspective on it all.
I'm thankful the blogger took down the copied/altered posts, and although she is now denying their very existence by leaving comments on my last post about us slandering her and whatnot (I'm pretty sure enough of us had a gander at them without my having to post evidence, no?) and I'm somehow back on her blogroll (I can't stop her from reading, but I'll have you know that I'll be alot less naive from here on out!), I'm going to move forward, and life continues on as it was before. We'll be back to our regularly scheduled blogging soon enough, I promise.
Thank you all, once again, for looking out for me; thank you again to the blogger for taking down the posts. Now, let's all just be nice and have some ice cream! (Make mine a double.)

ReplyDeleteI wish cc farber would realize that we are not trying to slander her-- we are trying to protect you and your writing! We love your blog, and that's where our indignation comes from. That's all. Like you said, she took them down, hopefully it won't happen again, enough said. We'll all follow your classy example and good attitude and just move on hopefully. And now I TOTALLY want a huge ice cream cone, that looks TOO yummy. :)
