on Vegas, the photo edition...

These are just a few of my favorite photos from our weekend. I don't know if it's just me, but whenever I try to put a bunch of photos onto a post, it completely messes up the format of my text. Seriously. It took me four tries to get this entry to look (almost) normal. Why is that? Why?

(Once I get the rest off my camera, they'll be going onto my flickr. Stay tuned.)

This is just one shot from a series of about six photos. My brother-in-law is one of those people who will count to "three" but actually take the photo on "two", so I had no idea what was going on. But I think it turned out really adorable, for some reason. I think that I'm always a fan of candid photos, as opposed to posed shots. That's just how I roll.

My lovely older sister. I call this one "shoegasm". No? Not funny? Well, then. Moving on...

This is the process of us getting our henna tattoos. (Which, by the way, decided to finally show up yesterday morning before I left for work. It sort of looks like I wrote out "hope" with a Sharpie, then tried to scrub it off for ten minutes using a paper towel. I think it gives me an edge.)

My brother-in-law, being my brother-in-law. I say he has a butt chin. You be the judge.

Sisters and friends - no matter how many weird things we say when we're tipsy.
